Opt for our Styling and Tear Down Package to ensure that your event not only begins beautifully but also ends gracefully, without burdening you or your guests. This service is perfect for those who want to fully immerse themselves in their event without the worry of setup or teardown.

Package Features:

  • Complimentary 1-hour initial styling and decor consultation.

  • A follow-up decor review 30-days before your event to finalize details.

  • Comprehensive setup and teardown of all decor items, including both client-provided and Vault-provided pieces.

  • Access to The Vault’s Client Inventory Spreadsheet to streamline your planning.

Investment: Pricing varies based on the size of the event and decor complexity, starting at an average of $850. Exact costs will be determined based on your specific event details.

Delivery & Installation

Our delivery service ensures that your large-scale rentals are not only delivered but also strategically placed to perfect your event's layout. This 'white glove' service is ideal for handling substantial items like lounge furniture, large backdrops, and intricate ceiling designs, ensuring everything is set up and later removed with precision.

Investment depends on your package’s customiztion - # and size of pieces, complexity of design, etc. A custom quote will be provided after our initial consultaiton.

Designing an event can be overwhelming, with endless decisions that need to mesh seamlessly. Whether you're grappling with color schemes, layout, or thematic elements, our Event Design service is here to lift the burden. Our seasoned Event Designers are adept at translating your ideas into a cohesive plan that resonates with your personal style and story, all while adhering to your budget.

What's Included in a Design Consultation:

  • 2-Hours of personalized consultation with an experienced Event Designer.

  • A comprehensive event design guide, complete with recommendations, presented in an accessible PDF format.

Investment: $250.00 (Fee waived with a minimum of $2,500.00 in event decor rentals from The Vault.)
